Processing and Shipment
Custom made items (including tutus and hair accessories) are currently being completed and shipped within about 1-2 weeks from order date. In-stock items may ship even sooner. The website is updated regularly with estimated shipping times, which vary by season, depending on the volume of website orders received. In-stock items (fairy wings, leotards, slippers, tiaras and wands) may possibly be shipped within a week of order date. RUSH shipment is available upon request for certain items with phone pre-approval ONLY and for an additional charge. Please note that RUSH delivery is available within the continental U.S. only. For RUSH orders, please call Mara at 801-915-8409 before checkout to verify that the items you wish to purchase are either in stock OR can be custom made to order in the time frame requested. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Adult supervision is recommended when a child is wearing or playing with any of our products. Many products sold on this site are unsuitable for children under three (3) years of age. Small parts, ribbons or packaging could cause a safety hazard to small children if misused. "Lily Anna for Girls" and owner deny responsibility for any harm or damage that occur incidental to any product of or sold by "Lily Anna for Girls."
As many products from Lily Anna for Girls are custom made to order, and to prevent the abuse of a costume item being worn and then returned for credit, NO refund will be given for any item after it has been shipped. No returns are allowed unless an item is defective upon delivery. Workmanship is 100% guaranteed, so if there is a flaw in an item you have received, please contact Mara to exchange it for a similar item. However, due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, NO warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item with use. Please be aware that all sales are final and NO refunds will be given for returned merchandise for ANY reason. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange only. Lost, delayed, undeliverable, misdirected, refused or returned orders will not be refunded or credited for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Online or phone orders may be cancelled by request within 24 hours, but ONLY if the order is marked as "Pending" at the time the cancellation request is made. Once an order has been marked as "Processing" or "Updated" or "Shipped" or "Delivered" it cannot be cancelled. Orders that are refused or returned to sender will NOT be credited or refunded for ANY reason. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange only. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Your order will be custom made and shipped 2 weeks or less during most of the year, or possibly longer from September to January (pre-Halloween through Christmas). The order will then be shipped by US Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Post within the US or by International Express Mail for international orders with delivery outside the United States.
For large or custom orders or if items/materials are not in stock, delivery time may be slightly longer. You will be notified by email if your order is likely to be shipped later than expected. Please be sure to make a note in the comment box at checkout if the order is needed by a certain date. Upon request, a personalized gift message to the recipient may also be included with the order at no additional charge.
If you need to receive an order by a certain date, please make a note of the requested delivery date in the comment box at checkout. You may select RUSH shipping at checkout with pre-approval by phone at 801-915-8409. PLEASE be sure to request the delivery at least FIVE business days before the event. Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed, but RUSH orders will be filled and shipped as quickly as possible. Rush orders are shipped by 1-2 day delivery with signature confirmation, online tracking and $100 free insurance coverage. All sales are final, with absolutely NO REFUNDS for late delivery for any reason.
Liability for a shipped order transfers to the customer when the package is accepted at the post office or shipping center. Optional shipping insurance may be purchased at checkout. Orders over $100 in merchandise value, insured shipments, and all RUSH orders will require a signature upon delivery. Lost, delayed, misdirected, refused or returned orders will NOT be refunded or credited for ANY reason. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange only. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you need an order shipped sooner than the standard seasonal processing time, please contact us before placing your order to verify that the items are in stock OR can be custom made and shipped in time to meet your requested delivery date. Please contact Mara at 801-915-8409 with any urgent delivery requests. RUSH orders will be shipped via an expedited shipping method upon completion of the order. In most cases, the order will NOT be shipped the same day the order is placed.
If a RUSH order request is approved, please select the RUSH shipping rate at checkout, and be sure to make a note in the comment box requesting delivery by the date needed. Orders with a requested delivery date within 7 business days (up to 14 calendar days) of the order placement date will be subject to an additional $10 RUSH processing fee, which will be automatically applied during online checkout from the website. All RUSH orders and insured shipments will require a signature upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For delivery by a certain date, please make a note of your requested delivery date in the comment box at checkout. Credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted directly at checkout from the website though a 100% secure online payment gateway by Authorize.Net, with secure online credit card processing provided by Card Service International. Credit card payments are also accepted by phone at (801) 915-8409. For your security, please DO NOT send credit card information via email to us or to any other merchant.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are also accepted through PayPal, an easy and secure online payment service. If you select the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the official PayPal website where you may submit your secure credit card payment online. Bank cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders are also accepted as payment by mail. If you select payment by mail at checkout, please send your payment to the mailing address below, and allow an additional seven to ten business days for your personal check to clear before shipment of your order.
